RedeemPal - Merchant Redemption App
RedeemPal
RedeemPal is Mobilozophy's merchant redemption app. With this app, merchant's can redeem mobile coupons, eGift cards and points.
Before adding points or redeeming, you must login into the RedeemPal app. Enter your username and password then select a Merchant (only Merchant's associated with your account will be visible). Next, select the Merchant location and click done. Finally, click on Set Location.
Add Points
To add points to a loyalty consumer's account, click on the Add Points icon. Next, enter the subtotal amount and click submit. You will see that the Available Loyalty Balance updated.
Redeem Points
To redeem points, click on the Redeem Points icon. Next, scan the QR code from the consumer's app. You will see a check mark to indicate the transaction was successful.
Redeem eGift Cards
To redeem an eGift card, click on the redeem Gift cards icon. Next, scan the QR code from the consumer's app then enter the amount to deduct from the gift card amount and click the Redeem eGift Card. You will see a check mark to indicate the transaction was successful.
Add Delivery Points - Restaurants
To add delivery points, click on the Add Delivery Points icon. Next, scan the QR code label placed on the food order then enter the subtotal amount and Submit. A check mark will appear to the indicate the transaction was successful.
Add or Redeem Loyalty Points by Mobile Number
To add or redeem loyalty points by a mobile number. click on the Lookup by Phone Number icon.Next enter the mobile number and click the Lookup button. Select Add Points or Redeem Points.
Add Points
To add points, click on the Add Points icon. Enter the subtotal amount. Click Submit Transaction. A check mark will appear to indicate the transaction was successful.
