Account deletion
We understand that users may decide to delete their accounts for various reasons. If you choose to delete your account, please be aware that this action is irreversible. Deleting your account will remove your personal information, account details, and access to our services within seven days of receiving your request.
What Does Deleting Your Account Mean?
- Removal of Personal Data: Your profile, along with all personal information associated with it, will be permanently deleted.
- Loss of Access: You will lose access to all areas of the service that require an account. This includes, but is not limited to, subscriptions, user-specific data, and personal settings.
- Data Backup: Before submitting a request to delete your account, we strongly recommend backing up any data you wish to keep. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please send an email to Support@mobilozophy.com with the following details:
- Subject Line: Request to Delete My Account
- Your Full Name
- The Email Address associated with your account
- Your Phone Number (if applicable)
- Any specific account identifier (if available)
In your email, please indicate that you wish to delete your account. Our support team will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted, typically within seven days of receipt of your request.
After Your Account is Deleted
Upon the successful deletion of your account, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that some information may be retained in our records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
