All print material that is advertising an SMS Mobile program must state
- Msg and data rates may apply
- To cancel the program Reply Stop or for help Reply Help.
- Frequency (they need to denote how often they will be pushing msgs/week/month)
- Add a URL or phone that consumers can call or visit for further program Terms and Conditions.
If a company offers a web registration for a mobile program, all the above Terms and Conditions must be listed above the field where participant enters their mobile phone number.
